Return and exchange can only be process by following the term and conditions as below:
- Return and exchange only applicable for domestic order only. For International order, we do not accept any return due to tax reasons.
- The items must be return within 5 days of receiving your package with condition the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tag is intact.
- All return fees including delivery fees are borne by customer.
- Sale item is not returnable.
- The refund will be made in the form of store credit and applicable for 6 months used.
- We will issue the store credit as soon as we received the item or within 3 working days.
